海宴镇是广东省江门市台山市下辖的镇，在台山市的西南沿海，南面是南海，隔海与上川岛、下川岛相对；陆上东邻川岛镇和广海镇，西接汶村镇，北靠端芬镇。镇人民政府设在海宴圩社区，离台城约76千米（快懂百科作78千米）。镇政府公布的总面积为248.3平方千米，百度百科和快懂百科则记作245.91平方千米。

镇名旧作「海晏」，取「河清海晏」的寓意，1961年改写为「宴」。现在的镇域是2001年由原海宴镇、沙栏镇和海侨镇（即海宴华侨农场）合在一起形成的，2026年有23个村委会、2个居委会，自然村181条。

当地以种植业和水产养殖为主，是江门市的花卉专业镇，富贵竹与剑兰合计种植一万多亩。原海宴华侨农场从1963年起安置东南亚13个国家和地区的归侨，有「小小联合国」之称，农场所在的五丰村在2021年评为国家3A级旅游景区。
