和阁村是海宴镇下辖的行政村，属广东省江门市台山市。百度百科说它在镇的东部，离镇政府6.1公里，镇政府的资料则写作镇中部。村域面积10.5平方千米，以平原为主，东北边临南海的海宴湾。

村委会成立于2004年，由原和北、石阁两个村委会合并而成，下辖新寨、石阁、水朂三个自然村（各为一个村民小组）。和阁村获广东省「一村一品」专业村称号，特色产品是富贵竹。
