升平村是广东省江门市台山市海宴镇下辖的行政村，在海宴镇西部，面积16平方千米，分为12个村民小组。按镇政府2026年公布的数字，全村户籍7325人、常住3400人，村党委有党员110人；村内的石浦村获评「广东省卫生村」「台山市文明村」。

横岗村前的圣栋楼是华侨出资修建的洋楼，1949年台山县人民政府曾在楼里办公，今为台山县人民政府办公旧址。
