石美村是海宴镇下辖的行政村，属广东省江门市台山市，在海宴镇北面（百度百科作西北部），面积9.11平方千米，分为5个村小组。镇政府2026年公布的户籍人口为1986人，常住人口800人，村党支部有党员41人。

解放战争时期这里是游击根据地，属于革命老区。如今石美以种白花番薯、马铃薯等薯类出名，是海宴镇第二批省「百千万工程」典型村。
