肖美村是海宴镇下辖的行政村，属广东省江门市台山市，在海宴镇东部，南边以川岛镇为界，与川岛镇陆地相连，水陆交通都较方便。村域面积5.7平方千米，有7个村民小组；镇政府2026年公布的户籍为1663人、常住609人，村党支部有党员46人。

肖美原属沙栏镇，1996年是该镇下设的管理区之一。村内有明初的青云古寺，村子先后获评「台山市文明村」「广东省卫生村」和「江门市标兵文明村」。
