沙栏村是海宴镇下辖的行政村，属广东省江门市台山市，在海宴镇东部的沙栏圩一带（百度百科作东北部，镇政府资料作东南部）。村域面积12.1平方千米，有22个村民小组，户籍4765人、常住1746人，村党委有党员106人。

沙栏圩原是沙栏镇政府的所在地，沙栏镇在2001年撤销，并入海宴镇，现在的沙栏村建制成立于2004年。沙栏圩至今仍是海宴镇的第二个圩镇，承担着一部分商贸功能。
