洞安村是海宴镇下辖的行政村，属广东省江门市台山市，在海宴镇东北部，百度百科称其位于镇内沙栏片区的西北部。镇政府2026年公布的村域面积为7.5平方千米（百度百科作9.5平方千米），有6个村民小组，户籍1696人、常住650人，村党支部有党员47人。

洞安过去归沙栏镇管辖，沙栏镇在2001年并入海宴镇后，洞安也一同划归海宴。村中的梧洞是解放战争时期的游击根据地，现有中共台南交通总站旧址。
