望头村是海宴镇下辖的行政村，属广东省江门市台山市，在海宴镇南部（两部百科作东南部）：南面临南海，东面是沙边盐场，西面与联南村的佑村相接，北面与春场村相邻。村域面积6.7平方千米，户籍人口1889人，分为7个村民小组。

全村海岸线长约5公里，其中约3公里是沙滩，与川岛的旅游区隔海相对，坐船约半小时可到。村民向来半渔半农，近年又发展起规模化的生蚝养殖和海上观光。
