都斛镇是广东省江门市台山市下辖的镇，在台山市的东南部，东边面向崖门口外的黄茅海，与珠海市隔海相望。镇政府设在建设路68号，离台城约40千米。镇域面积154.22平方千米，下设都斛圩1个社区和17个行政村，共有自然村107个；2025年末户籍人口为46695人。

镇内经济以种稻和水产养殖为主，当地素称「鱼米之乡」。莘村、下莘村一带的万亩水稻高产示范片属省级示范片，台山中国农业公园的起步区「禾海稻浪」主题园就建在莘村；沿海的咸围以养青蟹、南美白对虾和鳗鱼为主。 都斛也是侨乡，旅居海外及港澳台的乡亲有5万余人，分布在35个国家和地区，以美国、加拿大和巴西较多。 革命烈士林基路和他的弟弟、中国科学院院士林为干，都出生在镇内的大纲村。
