下莘村是广东省江门市台山市都斛镇所辖的行政村，在镇东北部：北连莘村，南接银塘村，西面是山，靠近都下水库，东面平原临黄茅海，与珠海隔海相望。村委会离都斛圩约1.5千米，西侧靠近西部沿海高速公路的都斛出入口，省道麻阳线从村前通过。

全村辖一村、二村、三村、四村共4个自然村，按镇政府2026年的资料有701户、2639人。村里的稻田与莘村连片，属于广东省人民政府确定的万亩水稻高产示范片。
