园美村是广东省江门市台山市都斛镇下辖的行政村，位于镇东北部，北邻坦塘村，南接古逻村，西靠南坑水库，东面是一片平原，再往东便是崖门口外的黄茅海。村委会设在园美村，离镇政府约5千米，西部沿海高速公路和省道麻阳线从村前通过。

全村有园美、华安、吉庆三个自然村，另有三峡移民新村新安村，合计4个自然村，按镇政府2026年的资料共356户、1421人。
