银塘村是广东省江门市台山市都斛镇下辖的行政村，位于镇东部偏北，紧挨都斛圩，离圩镇只有约半千米。北邻下莘村，西连都阳村和都斛圩，南隔都斛新河与丰江村相望，东面隔着田野是东滘渔村，再往东是黄茅海。

村委会设在银塘村，辖银塘、龙头、吉宁3个自然村，按镇政府2026年的资料有681户、2623人。西部沿海高速公路的都斛出入口就在村旁，省道麻阳线也从村边经过。
