南村是广东省江门市台山市都斛镇下辖的行政村，位于镇南部：北面隔河与都斛圩相对，东邻东坑村，西接龙和村，南面是南峰山，与赤溪镇的山地交界，山中有南村塘水库。村委会设在南村街，离都斛圩约3千米，有县级水泥公路相通。

全村辖18个自然村，按镇政府2026年的资料共1262户、4885人，户数和人口在全镇各村中都排在第二位。
