北陡镇是广东省江门市台山市所辖的镇，处在台山市的西南角，与阳江、恩平两市相邻，东面隔着镇海湾与汶村、深井相望，南面是南海。镇政府设在陡门圩，离台城约97千米。

全镇海岸线长47千米，面积约196平方千米，下设12个村（居）委会，共有自然村105条；2025年末有户籍人口3.34万人。 镇里以滨海旅游、渔业和特色农业为主要产业方向。 境内广种荔枝，其中以双肩玉荷包为多；那琴、沙咀一带山中出产台山玉，北陡因此有「台山玉石之乡」之称。 国家4A级旅游景区那琴半岛地质海洋公园位于南部海岸，那琴圩旁的琴溪古桥则是台山市文物保护单位。
