大步头村是广东省台山市北陡镇下辖的行政村，在镇的北端，西边靠山，东边临镇海湾，离镇政府约5千米。村名来自村前河边修有的一道大石阶，当地把这种临水的台阶叫作「步头」。

全村面积2.05平方千米，镇政府2026年公布有386户、1454人。2017年，大步头村被评为全国绿色村庄和广东省卫生村。
