沙湾塘村是广东省台山市北陡镇下辖的行政村，位于全镇北端，背靠山，前临海，离镇政府约7千米。村子南面是镇海湾，隔海向东可望见深井镇的湾肚东头村，北面与恩平市的小洛村相邻。

全村面积2.09平方千米，有3条自然村，村委会设在后斜；镇政府2026年公布有262户、1026人。2019年，沙湾塘村获评广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」。
