小洞村是广东省台山市北陡镇下辖的行政村，在镇的西面，西边以长迳一带与阳江市阳东区新洲镇分界，离镇政府约3千米。村委会设在小洞村民小组对面的公路边。

全村面积8.03平方千米，有自然村16条，镇政府2026年公布有640户、2393人。小洞村地处革命老区，是广东省「百千万工程」第三批典型村。
