沙头冲村是广东省台山市北陡镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的北部、镇海湾大桥旁边，东面是镇海湾，南面连着西部沿海高速公路的北陡出口，离镇政府约4千米。

全村面积4.6平方千米，有6条自然村，镇政府2026年公布有692户、2576人。村中的沙头冲圩是北陡镇四个圩市之一。2020年，「国家耐盐碱水稻（江门）试验基地」在村里设立。
