沙咀村是广东省台山市北陡镇下辖的行政村，位于全镇南端，北靠葵田山，南面向南海，远望南鹏岛；西边的黄花湾一带与阳江市阳东区东平镇交界。村子离镇政府约26千米。

全村面积7平方千米，有6条自然村，镇政府2026年公布约有822户、3427人。这里半农半渔，海岸上分布着黄花湾、尾角湾、沙咀湾、散石湾等多个海湾，镇政府的村情介绍还把那琴半岛地质海洋公园列入沙咀的旅游资源。 1954年，沙咀的民兵在黄花湾参与围歼一股登陆的武装特务。
