赤溪镇是广东省江门市台山市下辖的镇，位于台山市东南端的赤溪半岛，只有北面与斗山、都斛两镇陆地相连，其余三面都是海。 镇政府设在田头圩。 据2026年的报道，全镇面积289.03平方千米，辖12个村（社区）；台山市人民政府2024年介绍全镇常住人口约3.6万。

赤溪是台山市内的客家镇，居民日常讲客家话。 清代雍正、乾隆年间起，客家人从粤东各地陆续迁来；咸丰年间土客械斗之后，清政府于1867年在这里另设赤溪厅，让土客分治，1912年改称赤溪县，1953年撤县并入台山县。 如今镇内建有国华台山火力发电厂（国能台电）和台山核电站，这里也是黄茅海跨海通道在江门一端的首站，全镇都在大广海湾经济区范围内。
