曹冲村是赤溪镇的一个行政村，属广东省江门市台山市，位于镇的东部，背山临海，面积30平方千米；全村分10个村民小组，包括南阳、东阳、新松等10个自然村。 从赤溪圩到曹冲约6千米，沿路要经过渡头和冲口。 据赤溪镇人民政府2026年的资料，全村户籍人口3335人，常住2250人。

村民主要靠养殖生蚝谋生，曹冲是赤溪镇海上蚝苗养殖的主要产区之一。 发源于曹峰山的曹冲河经村中的东阳村流入大海；旧时赤溪的客家人也被称为「曹冲人」。
