大巷是广东省江门市台山市赤溪镇田头村下的自然村，位于田头村的中心，在镇的西南部，离镇政府约1千米，周围有文明、中心、茭笋等村。 村里街巷纵横，其中一条直巷和横街一样宽，人们叫它「大巷」，村子便以此为名。 村民都是汉族客家人，讲客家话；2015年末户籍人口688人。
