护岭村是广东省江门市台山市赤溪镇下辖的行政村，在镇的东北部、赤溪半岛的海岸边，背后是屈头山，前面是黄茅海，面积10平方千米，分为4个村民小组，村委会设在向南村。 据赤溪镇人民政府2026年的资料，全村户籍人口约1095人，常住850人。

护岭是客家村庄。20世纪60至70年代，它是台山县、佛山地区和广东省「农业学大寨」的先进典型；2023年又被列为广东省首批「百千万工程」典型村。
