田头村是广东省江门市台山市赤溪镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的南部，与镇政府所在的田头圩相邻，面积约32.05平方千米，分为17个村民小组。 据赤溪镇人民政府2026年的资料，全村户籍人口5560人，常住的有4450人。 村民都是客家人，讲客家话。

按《赤溪县志》的说法，田头一带旧称「清溪之浒」，南宋末年就有人在此定居；清咸丰年间村人筑起围墙和闸门防御盗匪，北闸的一段城墙至今仍在。 村里的强村公司以擂糖糊为主打产品，这种客家甜品已列入江门市级非物质文化遗产名录。
