冲蒌镇是广东省江门市台山市下辖的镇，地处台山市东南部，与台山市区相距约12千米；镇人民政府设在冲蒌圩环镇南路。 镇境东面以北峰山脉为界，北邻四九镇，西与三合镇、端芬镇相连，南面同斗山镇、都斛镇接壤。

据镇政府2026年发布的概况，镇域面积114.97平方千米，设16个行政村和1个社区，下分192个村民小组，登记的户籍人口约3.43万人；在海外和港澳台的冲蒌籍乡亲超过6万人。 省道高铜线、冲恩线从境内经过，新台高速公路在红岭工业区设出入口。 冲蒌镇2025年的地区生产总值为16.45亿元；黑皮冬瓜和“牛脚迹”黑豆是当地传统农产品，近年又发展起成片的南瓜种植。
