冲蒌圩是广东省江门市台山市冲蒌镇的社区（冲蒌圩社区居民委员会），在镇的中心，冲蒌镇人民政府设在这里，与台城相距约18千米。 社区面积0.8平方千米，下设8个居民小组；镇政府2026年的介绍称，社区常住人口3786人，户籍登记893户、2658人。

圩名中的“冲”来自圩市迁来前的冲和圩，“蒌”则取自当地一年四季长青的蒌草。 冲蒌圩历来是全镇的行政、商业和文化中心；圩内旧粮仓近年改造成“圩镇客厅”和粮仓文化体验馆，成为镇上新的公共空间。
