西海村是广东省江门市台山市冲蒌镇下辖的行政村，在镇域西部，离冲蒌圩约6千米。 全村面积4.61平方千米，分12个村民小组；据镇政府2026年的介绍，户籍382户、1484人，常住约390人。

西海村是冲蒌镇入选前两批广东省典型村的两个村之一（另一个是西坑村）。 村内的南洲、河洲等自然村保存有碉楼和侨房，冲蒌编织的展览馆和加工车间也设在村里。
