三和村是广东省江门市台山市冲蒌镇下辖的行政村，在冲蒌圩西北约5千米，属镇域西北部。 全村面积7.45平方千米，分13个村民小组；据镇政府2026年的介绍，户籍482户、1837人，常住约360人。

村里主要聚居着陈、李、蔡三姓，因三姓和睦相处而得名三和。 三和村于2025年被列入「广东省典型村选树培育名单」，镇里按第三批省级典型村进行培育。
