白沙镇是广东省江门市台山市下辖的镇，地处台山市西北部，东面与台城相邻，西面隔白沙河同开平市相望。镇名来自白沙河：这条潭江支流的河床与河岸遍布白色石英砂。

按镇政府2026年的介绍，全镇面积168平方千米，设村民委员会18个、居民委员会2个，下有475个村（居）民小组和495条自然村；常住人口3.56万人，户籍人口5.98万人，另有约16.8万名乡亲旅居海外或港澳台。 今天的镇域是2006年原三八镇撤销、其中一个居委会和八个村委会划入后形成的。

镇政府把白沙称作「华侨之乡」「文化之乡」「排球之乡」。 镇内有国家4A级旅游景区康桥温泉度假村、立在陈坑水库中的光耀楼和中西合璧的谟翁陈公祠等；冬种马铃薯、潮境萝卜和稻草灰咸鸭蛋被镇政府列为当地特产。
