白沙圩是台山市白沙镇下辖的社区，也是白沙镇的圩镇和镇政府驻地，位于镇境西南部。社区西面与开平的沙洲圩相连，东面接下屯村，东距台城约32千米。

圩镇面积约1平方千米，2026年镇政府资料记人口4042人，下分21条街道、11个街小组。台开两市的界河白沙河从圩旁流过；旧时新宁铁路西南支线的终点站就设在这里。
