朗南村是台山市白沙镇下辖的行政村，位于镇境南端，地处丘陵，面积约8平方千米；东面与三合镇相邻，南面和西面与开平市赤水镇相接。离台城约25千米，离白沙圩约16千米。 2026年镇政府资料记人口1976人，设16个村民小组。

朗南一带温泉资源丰富，国家4A级旅游景区康桥温泉度假村就在村内的铜锣地。
