冲云村是台山市白沙镇下辖的行政村，在镇境东北部，地处丘陵，与塘洞村和台城的淡村相邻，隔河与三社相望。 据百度百科，村子分布在台城河中游两岸，辖36个自然村和冲云圩。 2026年镇政府资料记人口2465人，设28个村民小组。

近年村里通过村组联营统一发包土地和鱼塘，村集体收入从2020年的19万元增加到2024年的69万元以上。
