西村是台山市白沙镇下辖的行政村，位于镇境西部，西面与开平市接壤，北倚百足山，南面与白沙圩相望；离台城约33千米，沙坎公路贯通全村。 村名取其地处白沙镇西边之意。 2026年镇政府资料记人口3803人，设32个村小组，村委会驻西宁街。

抗日战争时期，西村是中共领导下的抗日游击根据地；村里建有人民英雄纪念碑。镇政府介绍中，西村又有「博士村」之称。
