四九镇是广东省江门市台山市下辖的镇，在台山市区的东北面，镇政府驻四九圩，与台山中心城区相距约4公里。镇境东面与新会区交界，西面挨着台城街道，北面是水步镇，南面是冲蒌镇。 全镇面积246.6平方千米，设3个社区和20个行政村，共有自然村225条；镇政府2026年公布的户籍人口约为3.5万人。

镇名取自四九圩：这个圩市在清代嘉庆初年形成，每旬逢农历四日、九日开市。 四九是台山的侨乡之一，旅居海外以及港澳台的乡亲共有五万多人。 镇境东部多山，北峰山国家森林公园和十余座水库都在境内，是台山地区饮用水的主要水源地。 音乐家李凌、香港歌手陈百强和黄家驹的祖籍都在四九。
