下坪村是广东省江门市台山市四九镇的行政村，在镇境北部，周边有上坪、上蓢、下蓢三村和四九圩，离台城约7.5公里。

据镇政府2026年发布的村情简介，全村下设15个村民小组，510户，总人口1850人；村里有中小学、卫生站、文化室和老人会。 四九是台山排球运动的发源地之一，而早年的事迹多发生在下坪：1915年，在外求学的下坪青年回乡传授排球，下坪高等小学也组织学生打球。
