五十圩是广东省江门市台山市四九镇下辖的社区，由五十圩居民委员会管理，位于四九镇北部，与上蓢、车蓢、东方、玄潭四个村委会相接，占地约0.5平方千米。社区离镇政府约4公里，到台城约7公里（百度百科记为9公里）。

据镇政府2026年发布的简介，社区分为3个居民小组，共135户、335人，居委会每年收入5.5万元。 这是一个从清代延续至今的圩市，圩上有农贸市场、信用社、医院、各类商店和饮食店，也有制衣、针织等小厂，台蛮公路从圩中穿过。 镇政府介绍说，五十圩保存着一百多幢骑楼，是华侨文化风貌保存较好的圩镇。
