川岛镇是广东省台山市下辖的镇，地处台山市的南端，在珠江口以西，由南海中的上川岛、下川岛和大陆上的山咀港一带组成，镇名取自两岛所在的川山群岛，镇政府驻山咀港。 2003年12月15日，原上川镇、下川镇与原属海宴镇的山咀、原属广海镇的甫草两个村委会合并，设立川岛镇。

按镇政府2026年的介绍，全镇面积280.08平方千米，下辖19个村（居）委会，户籍人口约3.5万，常住人口约1.46万。 川岛的经济以渔业为支柱，以旅游业为龙头；川岛旅游度假区包括上川岛的飞沙滩和下川岛的王府洲两大景区，是国家4A级旅游景区。2023年，上川岛获批国家「和美海岛」。 上川岛的方济各·沙勿略墓园和大洲湾遗址是「海上丝绸之路：中国史迹」的申遗遗产点。
