茫洲村是广东省台山市川岛镇的一个行政村，全村在下川岛西面的离岛茫洲岛（又写作漭洲岛）上，下辖茫头、年丰两条自然村。茫洲岛北面隔海是海宴，西南隔海是北陡，离芙湾村的合螺石码头约8海里。 村民世代以打鱼为生，岛上长期缺电、缺水、通信不畅；2021年以来，通信网络、绿色微电网等工程相继完成。
