三合镇是广东省江门市台山市下辖的镇，在台山市西北部，镇中心离台山市区约7公里。全镇面积约250平方千米，辖1个社区、9个行政村；镇政府2026年公布的人口约为4.26万。

镇名得自老墟三合圩：那金河从南面、西华河从西面、黎洞河从北面流到这里汇合，取“三河汇合”之意；本地口音把“合”念作“夹”，早年也叫“三夹”。 境内地热丰富，温泉在明代已有乡民利用，1931年华侨集资建起浴室，后来疗养院和宾馆相继落户，如今镇内有多家温泉度假酒店。 联安马山上有宋末丞相陆秀夫的衣冠冢；东联村的李坑美村在1944年至1946年间是中共台山县委机关的驻地。
