联山村属广东省江门市台山市三合镇，是镇辖的行政村，在全镇中部，靠近那金圩；温泉村在它的东面，三合圩社区在西面，南面是那金村，北面是东联村。 全村分36个村民小组，有自然村22个；按镇政府2026年的资料，共900户，户籍人口3481人，常住1016人。 百度百科给出的数字是户籍3715人、常住3480人，与镇政府的数字不一致。

联山村在2004年6月由那洞、月岭两个村委会合并组建，两地居民平日往来密切，合并后取名联山。 村委会设在台海公路那金路口旁。
