新安村是广东省台山市三合镇下辖的行政村，属江门市，位于三合镇西南部，离镇政府约12公里；东邻端芬镇的庙边村，南邻端寨村，西接联安村，北连西华村。 全村面积约37.8平方千米，分46个村民小组，有自然村35个；按镇政府2026年的资料，共1186户，户籍人口4948人，常住1204人。

村委会设在新安墟，村境四面群山环绕，中间是一块小盆地。 2004年，原新安、永昌两个村委会和兴湖村委会的部分村庄合并，组成今天的新安村。
