新一村是广东省台山市三合镇下辖的行政村，属江门市，位于三合圩西侧，与三合圩相连，离镇政府约6公里。 全村面积约7平方千米，分33个村民小组，有自然村45个；按镇政府2026年的资料，共1110户，户籍人口3963人，常住860人。

新中国成立后这里称新一大队；2004年它和冲湾合并，组成新一村委会。 近年村里建设莲塘原生态园，发展农业观光；2025年新一村列入广东省「百千万工程」第三批典型村培育名单，此后已通过验收。
