斗山镇是广东省江门市台山市下辖的镇，在台山市东南部，镇人民政府设在斗山圩东风路83号，离台城约26千米。镇境北面是冲蒌镇，东面是都斛镇，南面与赤溪、广海两镇相邻，西面为端芬镇。全镇面积约137平方千米，辖斗山圩社区和18个行政村；据镇政府2025年的材料，2024年户籍人口约5.02万，常住人口约2.2万。

斗山因清末形成的斗山圩得名，清末新宁铁路通到这里以后，逐渐成为台山南部的商业集镇。这里是侨乡，有“内外两个斗山”和“鱼米之乡”的说法。镇内的浮石村是赵宋宗室后裔聚居的古村，浮石飘色列入国家级非物质文化遗产名录；新宁铁路的倡建者陈宜禧、版画家黄新波的祖籍都在斗山。
