斗山圩是广东省台山市斗山镇的社区，属江门市，设斗山圩居民委员会，在斗山镇中部，是全镇的政治、经济和文化中心。社区东面与西栅村相接，南面隔着斗山河与其乐村相望，西北面与中礼、莲洲两村交界，到台城约26公里。社区面积4.7平方公里，分为12个居民小组；据镇政府2026年公布的资料，有户籍人口2100户、5180人，常住约4050人。

斗山圩起源于清代的大兴圩，1909年新宁铁路通车后迅速扩大，民国时期是台山的商业重镇之一，圩内至今保留成片的骑楼街。
