西栅村是广东省台山市斗山镇的行政村，属江门市，在镇区东侧：东邻浮石村，西接莲洲村，南面是斗山圩和斗山河，北面连着大湾一带的山地。村域面积7.75平方公里，有20个自然村、13个村民小组；据镇政府2026年的资料，全村826户，户籍人口2990人，常住约1197人。村委会设在斗山圩。

辖下的南华村挖有护村河，保留着民国时期防匪的村落格局。
