冈宁村是广东省江门市台山市水步镇下辖的行政村，在镇境西北部，西边紧靠潭江，南面与开平市相接，广东省绿道从村中通过。全村面积约2.3平方千米，据镇政府2026年公布的资料，有500户、1800人，分为11个村民小组。

村里的冈宁圩是20世纪30年代初由华侨出资重建的骑楼圩市，现称冈宁影视城。电影《让子弹飞》在这里搭景拍摄，《一代宗师》也曾到此取景，此后又有多部影视剧来拍戏。
