河北村是广东省江门市台山市台城街道下辖的行政村，位于台城西北部，西边以台城河为界，东邻板岗村，南接桥湖社区，北连三社村；村委会在河北旧村123号。

全村约5平方千米，分14个村民小组。台城街道办事处2025年发布的资料记户籍人口1515人（432户），常住人口772人。 河北是台山谭氏的发源地之一，据族人所述，谭氏始祖天麟公六百多年前迁来这里定居，后人散居城北一带；旧时「新宁八景」中的紫霞晚雾即在村内西华山。
