独冈村是广东省江门市台山市水步镇下辖的行政村，在镇境西部的潭江边，村委会设在独冈市场，离镇中心水步圩约5.5千米。 全村面积3.3平方千米，有27条自然村，编为14个村民小组；截至2024年8月有1698人。旅居外地和港澳台的独冈人合计两千有余。 村内的白象古寺相传始建于唐代，独冈河鲜街的食肆主打黄鳝饭和潭江出产的河鲜。
