芦霞村是广东省江门市台山市水步镇下辖的行政村，在镇境西部，是台山与开平两市交界处的村子，离开平市城区只有四五公里，往来两地的道路经过村境。 村名来自土地改革时期芦溪、霞坑两个区的合并。 全村面积4.9平方千米，按水步镇人民政府2026年发布的资料，共561户、2080人，分为19个村民小组。
