南塘社区是广东省江门市台山市台城街道下辖的社区，地处街道中心，总面积约0.57平方千米，划分为东华、西岩、中山、青云4个网格。2025年12月，社区户籍人口9007人（2980户），流动人口3267人，常住人口4744人。

台城历史文化街区的骑楼街有不少在社区范围内，天桥大厦、旧县署大楼等老建筑也在这里；环北大道、通济路、台西路步行街和台山商业城一带是台城的传统商圈。
